They were all extreme diff wins, bordering on a draw.
Because they were permanently down, and so was Luffy (after just a little bit time, hence him being the victor)

Difference here is that Kizaru isn't permanently down (neither is Luffy). Hence, it's arguably a draw. It is an unfinished fight where both character if left alone, would likely get back up and continue their fight after some time has passed.
But what is not arguable that Luffy did come off looking better from that fight.
