As for which I prefer, I kind of like the hybrid version, eastern dragon with wings sort of like hyorinmaru from bleach

Between the 2 types here though eastern dragons are more elegant and usually more complex so overall prefer.

The western in comparison is almost always a antagonist, and is mchh more imposing, a for to be overcome

Eastern usually depics a gentle and peaceful type.
On the other hand Western are like a chaotic final boss type. They look alot more menacing and are actually more "DRAGON" with gigantic wings and bulky body rather than that of a serpent type body.
As a villain enjoyer, I'd pick them over Eastern.

Now that i think about it, Kaido should have had a western Dragon DF he would have awakened easily since it fit his personality and character
