If you think Luffy's underling victim Mihawk is even remotely close to someone like Xebec, Roger or WB you are very biased.

Mihawk himself admitted WB is stronger. And WB was canonically strongest man over Mihawk as well.

As in what aspects of combat exactly aren’t counted as “sword skill”… I mean Xebec’s entire swordsmanship is counted as “sword skill” and that includes all his haki, and physical strength and Speed… And strangely enough Zoro’s KoH is also called sword skill, yet it’s all of Zoro’s haki and strength and speed… Even stranger, Brook directly calls his Music and Feezing attacks “sword skills” too

so… What exactly is “not part of sword skill” to begin with?

I mean in my mind T-bones’ swordsmanship 100 times more impressive than Mihawk parrying good. Niji’s swordmanship involves him creating electricity and cutting people at “light speed”. That also seems way more impressive than mihawk. Zoro uses AdvCoC swordsmanship and Kaido wanks AdvCoC as the top power of the verse so already Zoro is seemingly better than Mihawk.

I can go on. With every power every swordsman has ever used that’s considered Swordmanship. Why is Mihawk the best one when Mihawk can’t even do a fraction of all the above?

Do you wanna know how Mihawk can prove he’s a better swordsman than whichever power and ability and swordsman exists in the verse? Well, he can win. Swordsmanship is a fighting style. The better swordsman is the one that won the fight. The better sword skills are the ones that won the fight. No matter the gimmick or DF ability added on or however many Swordsmen add other fighting styles to their combat mid fight… The winner of the fight is always the superior one.
