IQ isn't necessarily an accurate measure of intelligence for the record.

Does IQ show street intelligence?
Social intelligence?
Combat IQ?
Romantic intelligence?

Not really.. l would think Zoro doesn't have CoC Coating just based on the fact that's it's not his specialty and he can't skip a level of CoC just because the fans want to.. After all he's not even a Grandmaster yet he's a Master.. Much to improve..
