What’s more likely?
Someone joining the crew being…

• Stronger than both Zoro and Sanji
• Between Zoro and Sanji

Personally I think stronger than both seems more likely imo. Doubt oda is going to break the Zoro Sanji wing/right and left hand man dynamic
Also I think he’s done it in other crews where the dynamic was already set prior to them really joining. Like with Oden, Yamato, and arguably Ace being above the wings of the crew but not having a right hand, vice captain, or wing dynamic because again it was already set prior to them

Stronger than both is the likeliest of the two, but neither are that likely, it's far more likely that neither Yamato nor Loki join the crew and are instead just allies.

At every point in time, Zoro is always the strongest in the crew.
That is literally his purpose and was also confirmed by Nami.

Yamato didn't join then because she was too stronk for Zoro. She was stalling Kaido on her own.

But Loki already has his brother in the fleet. Only Oda knows if he can join too but it seems like a tad too much for now.
