Also , Have we ever seen King fly with His own wings? Or seraphims fly?

We've seen king fly with his wings in anime but not in manga

Yeah Lunarian is already a DF and a really good one lol : flying. Great fire attacks, speed mode, indestructible mode

better than 95% of the DF out there

By far one of the most useless devil fruits in the series

King already has wings by default thanks to his Lunarian genes, so the Pteranodon wings are practically useless and he doesn’t need them to fly

His Lunarian fire has way more AP than the cringy lame beak attacks (confirmed by Zoro its like magma aka top tier offensive ability)

Plus his durability is already high due to the Lunarian flames, so the Ancient Zoan isn’t really helping here either

Not to mention how it looks ugly af

If it was any character other than King, it could be useful I guess…

You can eat a fruit and not use its full potential. Look at Kaido, he was mainly spamming conqueror's coating.

At least Kaido had boro breath, wind blade, used his full dragon form a lot, or fought with hybrid all the time

and Kaido strongest attack is flame dragon mode thanks to his DF

King didn’t even use his hybrid during the latter part of the fight and his best moves were without DF.

Yeah Kaido when he is serious is always using hybrid mode or dragon mode : so DF

while in the most tense part of a fight King kicked Zoro without Hybrid and his fire moves are without it

I don't see how that qualifies him as flying? In the above panel he is in his Zoan form right before landing, turning into base as he lands.

We see King briefly turning into Zoan and back as he was pushed off of Onigashima's edge to fly back:

He literally just turned into Zoan for a second to fly back and turn back to base, which doesn't make sense if he can do it in base too.

Lolda didn't know what to do with King, plain and simple. He was too busy drawing ugly and bad characters that no one else but him cared about to think of King.
