Doesn't help that she contributed to a lot of the confusion of how Zoro's power is scaled thanks to her giving Enma to him in exchange for Shusui under a false claim of Enma being the only one to scar Kaido, which in turned almost sabotaged the raid as well. Her plan of assassinating Orochi was utter dogshit, and it fell apart despite multiple divine interventions aiding her as well. This, along with how annoying and shallow her relationship with Zoro was and the horrendous speech of hers is why I consider her one of, if not the worse character in Wano.
