Overall; 8 imo its still enjoyable to read has its originality compared to most current mainstream shonen who just copy pasted from old shonen jjk to naruto

It started at 7 (a bit slow)
Went up to 9 (thanks to the world building being great but couldn't make it to 10 because of the slow pacing)
Went back down to 7 after TS (thx to the focus on Luffy only)
Kept going down until it reached an all time low in WCI, a 2 at best (thx to the destruction of Sanji's character)
Got up to a 5 at the start of Wano only to go back down to 2 by the end (thx to the inconsistencies and the lies)
Now it's around 4.

Globally it's a mid story that I wouldn't recommand to anyone due to it being too long and full of plot holes.
