Zoro - no alcohol
Sanji - no women
Jinbei - other fishmen facing racial discrimination
Usopp - surrounded by enemies
Nami - no money + surrounded by enemies
Robin - destruction of historical evidences
Brook - not able to meet Laboon to fulfill his promise
Franky - cola running out
Chopper - becoming meat himself for Luffy
Zoro - no alcohol
Sanji - no women

Luffy: Being used as a real condom.
Zoro: A night alone with Tashigi and Hiyori.
Sanji: Seeing Nami and Robin in a gangbang.

in MF he was scared without a doubt and after that too
but the stuff he went through is way too harsh for him to be scared anymore it’s pure anger and grudge
A grudge like that has no fear anymore , Luffy won’t care what happens to him
Even if he forsee’s that he will lose he will still fight
He won’t be scared but the PTSD will 100% ache again
It’s like scabbards vs Kaido
Law vs Doffy
Kuma vs Saturn
There will be no fear because of how badly he was broken. He will throw hands with Akainu no matter what even if he knows he’ll lose.
A man will be broken but once he heals he will face what breaks him no matter what.

in real life , if your loved one was taken out by a scary gang you will be scared for that moment till you see your loved ones lifeless body and then you will start hunting down the gang members with no fear
Pain is the most powerful thing there is , especially for a man
this is fiction but it still applies.
Only fear Luffy realistically has is losing someone else he loves and being helpless to do anything.

SHs Nightmares are Opposite of their Dreams, it's what They are trying to Remove and never feel Again,
It doesn't matter how They react to it, but it's what They don't want to Exist,

Usopp --- Cowardice
Sanji --- Hunger
Chopper --- Sickness
Robin --- Ignorance
Franky --- Imprisonment
Brook --- Loneliness
Jinbe --- Discrimination
So Embodiment of these Nightmares are those who can Steal what keeps SHs from experiencing these Feelings, and similar to Norse Legends, They should be Pirate Legends
Such as Shinigami, Davy Jones, Sea God, The Devil, Vander Decken, Umibozo ... etc
For example, Davy Jones is Nami's Nightmare because He is Embodiment of Wealth,
Vander Decken could be Jinbe's Nightmare, Umibozo is Franky's ... etc
It doesn't matter how They react to it, but it's what They don't want to Exist,
In other words:

Not sure all the Strawhat fears are people. Some are more failures they could have.
Luffy - Being alone again, everyone has died because he was not strong enough
Zoro - Much the same, not so much being alone part but the not being strong enough and losing everyone because of it
Nami - one of the ones I think would be a person, Arlong
Ussop - Himself in the future, still a coward, the rest of the crew having left him behind
Sanji - A Germa version of himself
Chopper - his thing was always being a monster and no one loving him as a result, but he seems to be over that since EL and the timeskip. A mass plague killing people and him being unable to save them?
Robin - The crew deciding that she’s not worth the hassle and giving up on her. Alternatively, she might not believe this is possible anymore after all the crew has done for her, so it might just be them dying because they tried to protect her
Franky - Quite hard to say. His big thing is really that he blamed himself for Tom’s death. Maybe he still does and it would be that. The Sunny being destroyed? The Sunny being used to kill a lot of people?
Brook - Think also the crew all dying again, and him being lost and unable to return to Laboon
Jinbei - Maybe another himself, one that is like Arlong and hates humans
It depends how deep Oda wants to make it. If it’s more surface level fears then it could be like Okama’s, spiders, ghosts for Brook, pretty much everything in the world for Usopp (or Ussop absolutely overloads Sommers because he has too many fears)
Luffy - Being alone again, everyone has died because he was not strong enough
Zoro - Much the same, not so much being alone part but the not being strong enough and losing everyone because of it

I couldn't find a better word for Franky, but as Shipwright, He fears being unable to Travel the most, so Umibozo should be his Nightmare Version, cuz He attacks Ships
Being Alone is also part of Robin's Fear, just like Hunger can also be part of Poverty, but I wanted to give each SH an exclusive Fear that ruins their Dreams, in Robin's Case, She hates being Forgotten, that's why She seeks to find and preserve History, her Nightmare might simply be a Celestial Dragon (Representing WG)
