I'm the last of millennials. I think younger generations are more open to novelty since they were raised in an era were everything changes so fast. This is both good and bad.

Gen Z and Gen Alpha are probably in the worse time to be a minor ever
Since it's an age of technology a lot of parents think they can just sit their kids down in front of a screen and have them watch slop like cocomelon
Really worried for when they become adults to be honest.
Though of course not all of them are bad, and when I think about it, I want to imagine they might be fine since some of us used to watch those mlg and Shrek memes and somehow our brains aren't fried beyond repair. I think brainrot has been a thing since the internet existed, it just matters how much you balance that out with actually educational and helpful things. One thing I like that my mom used to show me when I was younger is the School House Rock videos, those were simple and fun to watch. They had actual effort and talent put in them and weren't just ai or computer generated nonsense teaching you nothing of value.

I will try my best to have my kids stay as little time as possible in front of screens. I fear for the social skills of youger generations. People are wayyy too lonely these days.

Technically I'm in between Gen X and Millennial. I missed the earlier thread but Gen X Rocked in many ways, knew how to have fun, dependent on no one but themselves, had great entertainment, artist, music, movies etc... The downside was maybe the lazy idgaf attitude and shiftlessness. But it's still one of the better Gens. Millennial's only cared about 1 thing.. Their damned phones! Way too techno obsessed. Also, I find many to be anti-social tbh. Entertainment from this Gen alright, but not as good as previous generations.

Back to Gen Z

Strength- Umm, I'd say they have compassion for their fellow man and concern about the earth. Also, that they are not as obsessed with technology as the Millennial Generation was which is a good thing imo.

Weaknesses- Out of touch with reality, overly privileged, Inflexible, close minded, spiteful, obstinate, expected previous generations to have done everything for them without putting in any work themselves. Horrible entertainment, worst that has ever existed. Officially killed Music and the Movie biz with their suckage. Harsh? Sorry, but it's so true.
