Its not about how powerful they are. we already have more than enough powerhouses and he doesnt focus on them and he keeps introducing new boring fractions like Scabbards,Numbers etc etc

Yes it would because then I'd have to question how incompetent the WG is to not have dominated the One Piece world already. If the 9 Holy Knights are a mix of Admiral and YC power levels, then the shichibukai system as a concept makes absolutely no sense (not like it wasn't an already broken system given how little these pirates helped when the WG needed it, and actually did more harm than good to them) as they already had a fighting force that could demolish Yonko crews without splottling themselves too thin on their homefront. But instead the WG just allowed their opposition to get stronger like a bunch of moronic, braindead inbeciles.

Not sure they're a necessary addition to the story tbh. And they kinda came out of nowhere, bein introduced this late in the story w/o any mention of them earlier and they were nowhere to be seen at Marineford. Let's see where Oda's goin w/ this though.
