Tough to give a list rn, I feel like the writing is lacking a lot compared to the early seasons lots of characters are performing poorly and new characters could perform a lot more, depending on the writing's level I would say

1) Baam
2) Enryu ( mainly hype & mystery also his " intro"/flashback was dope )
3) Rachel ( ofc everyone hates her but for a reason I feel she's well written especially in the earlier seasons )
4) Wangnan ( intrigue )
5) Ha jinsung

5. Anak or Rak (but only when he's actually funny and not a complete gag)

[Ha Yuri Zahard]

1. Ha Yuri Zahard - I mean, she is the Goddess, I don't care who says what. She is the strongest, the smartest, the coolest, the everything.
2. Po Bidau Tiara - The best new character. It was like years of waiting... Chapters with drunk Yuri and Tiara were the best chapters of the whole season 3.
3. Ha Yurin - Based on the fact that Ha Yurin resembles Yuri. I am eagerly waiting for her full reveal.
4-5. Yeon Yihwa and Ja Wangnan are pretty nice.

Tho Khun has been pretty trash recently, not what he was in Season 2 and earlier on.

Preach bro. He used to be one of my favorite characters back in the first two seasons, but not anymore. His writing in Season 3 has just been abysmal for so long now.
