If Ace survived Marineford, Would like to see how strong he would be.

If Sengoku didn't stop Garp from killing Akainu. It would be interesting Garp's fate after that. Will he stay in the marine or not.

If Katakuri accompanied BM to Wano. How he would fare against King.

If Aokiji became fleet admiral instead of Akainu.

If Dragon had been a good father and actually taken care of Luffy, would he have still turned to piracy?

If Sanji’s genetic modifications had worked, would he and Germa have eventually become antagonistic to the SHP in whatever construction they take on without him?

If Kuma had sent all the Straw Hats to the same place, would they still have taken the opportunity to train or rushed headlong back into danger?

It’s generic, but what if Garp sacrificed himself to save his grandchildren? Ace is alive, Whitebeard's dying but has no reason to stick around and have his DF stolen, the world gov.’s prestige gone with Garp’s little insurrection. Would really shift the dynamic of the story, I feel. What would happen to the Straw Hats? Would Ace and co.search for Teach? Would Sengoku be allowed to retire, and would Moriah still be targeted?

Just a day ago, I've been thinking about this "what if" for a specific scenario hahaha!

WHAT IF Usopp did not apologize for Luffy and he didn't re-join the crew!
What do you think would happen with:
1- Usopp's Future? would Oda make him join a future enemy?
2- Would many fans blame Zoro for losing Usopp? and blame the idea that he was too strict, and should have considered Usopp's pride????

I've been thinking about this honestly, and it's really intriguing. Like, now we look back at the scene and love what Zoro did
But what if it went into the wrong direction!? And Usopp was too late to apologize! And was left alone!

What if he re-appeared in future arc, but joined the villain side? would some SH members feel guilty for leaving Usopp on his own?

Huh, I never even thought about this! I bet Usopp would latch on with another crew, but somehow find his way back to the Straw Hats one way or another. Maybe he’d have stayed in Water 7 and become a proper shipwright in Merry’s memory?

As far as the bit about Zoro, I can’t speak for anyone but myself, but I understood him from start to finish and would not have blamed him if Usopp were left behind. Everybody involved in that falling out made their decisions consciously and with gusto, so if the long nose hadn’t come back (even if he wanted to), he’d have nobody but himself to blame. Zoro may have sounded harsh at the time, but his message was solid and completely defensible.

Yeah I am with Zoro on this one too even if Usopp left.
It's just because you know how Usopp is, the most comedic in the crew, the crew dynamic isn't the same without him. And for many he's their fav SH, so it would surely create LOTS of hate from Usopp's fans towards Zoro, FOR SURE

What if Akainu was the admiral who came to Saobody instead of Kizaru.

What if Luffy was the one who died at Marineford instead of Ace.

What if Big Mom has learnt about Bege's plot with Jinbei and the Straw Hats thanks to a Homie hidden in Brûlée or Diesel's clothes while they were captive of the Straw Hats and the Firetanks and who sent a telepathic warning to Napoleon.

What if the Roger Pirates had met Brook in the Florian Triangle, causing him to join the crew and to reunite with Crocus and Laboon much earlier.

What if Kizaru was the one to fight Akainu for FAship

What if there was no time skip, how far would Luffy make it in the NW? How would Luffy discover/train his haki?
He would make it far as there was not uprising in fishmen island, punk hazzard would not have been on fire and Ice.

Luffy would have stronger haki strength, as he was improving a rapid pace, his devil fruit usage would be better. Luffy used Conqueror's Haki and Observation haki at marineford. The World Government would be too busy dealing with the fallout from Marineford.
