For me the biggest disappointment is by far KONG

For decades I expected Kong to be KING KONG a man who deserved to be called HIM

Nope instead he's a man who begs for Garp to come out of vacation without actually doing anything himself

Yes thats important, no it doesnt make the character interesting. Its not like Oda ever gives examples of Dragons/Kongs logistical acumen.
