I'd say Dragon has Weather-Weather DF, it's both Paramecia and Logia, Logia cause he can transform into clouds, water and wind (or maybe not, anyone with water DF would be broken af), or maybe he has Wind-Wind DF, and maybe has one of the ancient weapons, and 3 types of haki, and Dragon Martial Arts techniques.

Rocks could have the "Atom-Atom" DF, or was the OG user of "Dark-Dark" DF with "Fire-Fire" DF as well, "Rock-Rock" DF (a much more glorified Pica or Avalo Pizzaro) or "Sphere-Sphere" DF, can make circles/balls out of anything he touches and control balls and circles, a master of swords, all 3 types of haki, and one of the ancient weapons.

Rocks had the Star Logia.

Reasons and clear foreshadowed for this:

- BB is the embodiment of darkness and specifically a black hole. A black hole destroys planets and stars/suns. It represents the dusk. The end of the sun. The destruction of the Gorosei(Five planet elders) and the sun god nika luffy.

- A black hole is born from the death of a Star. This represents the life cycle of Rocks will. A star to a black hole.
Rocks died blackbeard was born from him metaphorically. A Star dies and a blackhole was born from him

Worlds and planets are born from the Supernova of Stars. Rocks ambition was to become King of the World. It aligns perfectly with his planetary ambition to control the world. He would have the power to control and create worlds, stars, Meteors, aurora etc.

While WB can destroy a singular planet with his fruit. His Captain Rocks can destroy and create countless planets. The perfect power for a man who commands and is above WB and clearly portrayed that way.

Maybe he could but it's limited or maybe he doesn't have star DF, it's limitless no matter what, he could be having "Atom-Atom" DF or "Darkness" DF like Teach, or both of Darkness and Fire DF's, and a master of swords with 3 types of haki, but hey, in the One Piece verse, powers are limited, like EOS Luffy, even tho he could be one of the strongest fictional characters to have Rubber powers, he's no match to Plastic Man for an example, One Piece is not like DBZ, OPM or even Bleach, it's more like Fairy Tailr or Naruto.

For me, Rocks had the stone stone fruit ability. Rocks as his last name is why. Whoever ate the stone stone fruit after he died, was probably the person who moved the Road Poneglyh out of Fish man island.

it even fits his personality and role clearly, as wind is the clearest representation of freedom of any element. and we haven’t seen cool logia’s in a while with all the zoan and paramecia villains.
