To troll us, his readers, of course. Talking about vs debates madness, what could be Oda best move to make people go nuts?

Introduce the "world strongest haki user" title. Bonus troll points for making it differentiate in CoC, CoA and CoO.

"World strongest weapon user" one.

"World greatest devil fruit mastery level".

Have some top tier have what it resembles a black blade. We are waiting for GB obviously for this one. Basically Oda already did this. ✅

Having a character like Law defeat Shanks.. through some mysterious weakness Law managed to get but that the readers would not see (only a dark silhouette of the weakness). Also Shanks is just defeated but keeps being part of the race.

Making a fight between 2 unknown top tiers, but they will have to remain unknown and so we will have 2 dark silhouettes fighting, with blurred shapes of course and ambiguous dialogues.

Making a legendary character become part of a meme character joke but without destroying the legendary character too much. ✅

Somewhat Zoro and Sanji fall in love with each other. Oda build this up with time, cooks his readers slowly, throwing hints and foreshadowing that will all connect the moment of the reveal.

Create something that is even above advcoc. A matter of time most likely.

Any other ideas?

The One Piece Treasure turns out to be a actual One Piece Bathing Suit, just like how EVERYONE has joked about since the beginning of this manga. Then Nami starts giving a speech that it doesn't actually matter what the Treasure is, because the important part was the journey and friends they made along the way...only for everyone around her to be INCREDIBLY depressed by this development. "Nami....I wasted my life!" "I'm feeling SUPER depressed today!" "Well, I have three swords, the rest of you will have to find your own" “This is just from the onions I was chopping earlier, I swear!”"I think I caught I'm-too-disappointed-to-live disease" "Oh no, it's contagious, I have it too!" (And then Robin moves the bathing suit aside to reveal a hidden pathway to the REAL treasure, because lets not be too mean.)

Buggy accidentally beats Mihawk in a fight, claiming the title of World's Strongest Swordsman from Mihawk before Zoro gets a chance to fight him. Now, Zoro needs to challenge Buggy to a duel, but he keeps running away.

Vivi actually falls in love with Imu, and the manga ends with a happy wedding between the two of them.

It turns out this entire time....Blackbeard just wanted a real friend. Blackbeard ends up joining the Strawhats.

This entire manga gets revealed to be a dream of young Luffy before he even eats the Gum Gum Fruit.

Makino's unnamed baby is actually the secret final boss of this entire manga.

Luffy's mom has actually been alive and well this entire time. Dragon didn't leave Luffy alone on Foosha Village to protect Luffy. It turns out that Luffy's mom is this amazing revolutionary warrior woman, like a combination of Lara Croft, Sarah Connor, and Samus Aran. The problem is anytime she's around her "baby" a switch flips and she turns into a useless lovey-dovey housewife. So, Dragon lied to her and told her Luffy was allergic to her and she couldn't ever see him again. "You told me my son had "I-can't-see-my-Mama" disease!" Luffy just doesn't get that this "crazy lady" is actually his mom. "I'm not "weird lady"....I'm mama!"

It turns out the Strawhats arrive too LATE to find the One Piece Treasure. Good luck again, in another 800 years.

Someone spoils what the One Piece Treasure is to Luffy on Lodestar RIGHT before he gets to Laugh Tale. Now, he doesn't want it anymore.

Joyboy and Nika are still alive. And join Luffy together for the final fight. The Strawhats get completely overshadowed by Luffy, Joyboy, and Nika all teaming up against the true final boss of the manga.

The Elbaf arc is only 3 chapters long. We need to keep moving. Usopp is distraught.

Demaro Black turns out to be Luffy's actual secret brother, all along.

Kaido and Big Mom BOTH come back and they BOTH have amnesia this time around.

Imu was Pandaman, all along.

Blackbeard's secret to how he's able to use multiple Devil Fruits is that he's just 3 children stacked on top of each other in a trenchcoat, all along.

Blackbeard's third Devil Fruit is Kelly Funk's Jacket Jacket Fruit.

Hattori is what hatched from Roger's Giant Mystery Egg. I just find the idea of this tiny bird coming out of this giant egg amusing.

Dragon finally does something and dies on the same page.
