Maybe but Shinsengumi is considered the strongest samurai group out there so I expect them to be very strong as well.

Maybe, but knew don't know how they stack up to the Red Scabbards who were considered the strongest during Oden's Era, and Denjiro and Ashura were weaker back then. My guess is they are equal to the Red Scabbards that went forward 20 years.
I don't expect any Samurai from Wano to be close to Denjiro and Ashura.

As for how they feel about them.. recon they don't give a shit about them. But do their own thing, who the hell knows, maybe they're planning a world takeover.
