what these 3 share in common is their attitude and masculinity, all 3 doesn’t fuck around at all and doesn’t hesitate to finish the job, all 3 have crazy resilience in battle. All 3 are good at trash talking, when they trash talk it’ brings hype.

Other than being pirates what are some similarities between Teach and Robin?

Opportunism, Blackbeard used and betrayed the WB pirates, Robin did the same many times. Aside from that, it was mentioned in an SBS that Blackbeard would be an archaeologist if he wasn't a pirate or something like that

Doffy and Mihawk are both warlords, both had important monologues at mf
Mihawk and Aramaki are outsiders in the Warlords/marines. With Mihawk being more quiet, stoic and generally normal looking compared to his peers, Aramaki has no history in the Marines and much more thuggish then the other admirals

Zoro, Fujitora and Wyper all are stoic, honorable warriors, who'll silently fight for others not hoping for recognition and praise but simply because it's the right thing to do.

- Kizaru's my favourite. I like him most because of his design, mysterious but likable personality, raw power and unexpected depth.

I also feel he's underrated by people due to his lack of fancy titles or bounties and I hope Oda surprises everyone by using him to his full potential both power and characterwise.

- Whitebeard is my second favourite. I like him because of his self-sacrificing nature, endurance, bravery, motivation and ability. Also I love his design especially because he reminds me of a huge old bull elephant.

I hope Oda doesn't do him dirty during the GV flashback.

My third favourite would be a toss-up between:

- Kidd. I really love his design and powers. I also respect his tenacity and his overall personality is cool.

- Akainu. He's badass, powerful, has a lot of potential depth and a great design with a surprisingly rare but OP power. I don't see magma elementals all that much.

- Kuzan. Same reasons as Akainu, except for the rare aspect of his power.

I guess all of these characters are morally grey without being indefensible, powerful, and dripped out designwise.

All of them have a lot of emotional and physical endurance when they're determined to do something.

At least four of them followed orders from someone they didn't like, too.
