Conclusion: Sanji in the Raid Suit would still be conscious, but will be heavily injured. Without it he's a oneshot, though that's not exactly a bad showing considering Shi Shi Sonson's track record.

If Sanji accepted to be hit by Zoro for reason (using the RS and CoA to protect himself) , then it would hurt him a bit.
Let's say as one of the countless attacks Zoro tanked in Alabasta when he was fighting Mr 1 hurt Zoro

He would destroy Sanji sanji with it

Some of the comments here suggests that the RS really is overrated in the type of attacks it can handle.
Do people really think such a lethal attack from Zoro is significantly less lethal than candy bullets or a gattling gun which tore through the RS?

Shishisonson is the go to attack for Zoro when cutting hard materials and some are here claiming that he doesn't get knocked out because of RS.... absolutely ridiculous.

I think because it is Sanji, the bias overpowers logic. But replace him with Yonji and would you guys still say Yonji takes it because of RS because their RS have the same durability?

I mean Zoro does have Ryou as well so he should technically oneshot Sanji. It's not like Sanji shown any good Armament feats, but I have to give Sanji the benefit of the doubt, otherwise it'd honestly be sad if even with his power up he still goes down all the same.

Just replaced Gohan with Zoro and the stone brick is Sanji and there you go.

If Zoro decided to use sneak attack like he always does against Sanji without the RS then I can see Sanji getting bloodied but he's definitely not going down for sure.

Sanji > Zoro, Zoro can't connect. Even with a cheap-shot, the guy dodged Katakuri + Priest.

But if PIS happens and somehow Zoro hits Sanji, Sanji can fight but he would be badly wounded I guess, nothing as serious as Apoo.
