Serious answer? What @Xione said. She’d receive world-class combat training and a top tier devil fruit, probably even superior to her current one. Her strength would make her a shoe-in for admiral, she’d be stronger than she is now. FWIW I see her as having very good leadership skills on the whole even now (she’s evil, clownish at times, but very effective)
I don’t think she’d be fa unless she became as much of a follower of absolute justice as Akainu. I don’t think she’d want the position anyways.
She might still have been mentally ill. Her current illness is from repressing her memory of eating all of her friends. If she got sold to the marines, she’d have to deal with knowing that Carmel was a human trafficker and she was her merchandise. In some ways that’d be harder to live with.
