That is why its name is plotcage. Fuji or Zoro couldn't break it because it was a plot element. If the crew had to come out of it to break Doffy you can be sure that, if the plot demanded it, even Usopp or Nami somehow would have disrupted it.

Dude Kiku's sword is passing through Kaido's hand like butter. Kaido's scale CAN BE penetrate by the cage. Cage doesn't even have haki and is comparable to Barrier from Barrier Barrier no Mi since nothing is breaking it. Not even Zoro/Fuji haki or Barrier. Hakai wouldn't pass by Cage. Maybe just like the Meteor did, in parts.

Doffy is a highly protected person, Fuji wants to abide by the law... All he can do is to slow the cage down... By the way, isn't that he tried to using a meteor?

I recall he just needed clouds to have something to link to his strings to in order to fly. It is not he needs them for every string power he has.

1st doffy can go outside birdcage... and yes its most powerfull attack we have seen so far in OP.... entire city couldnt stop it with help of admiral, zoro ect

There are like 3 - 4 characters bar Luffy who can already destroy the birdcage in Dressrosa: Zoro, Kinemon, Kanjuro and Fujitora.

Fujitora, maybe. Zoro and Kinemon? No..... The Birdcage was island sized. By Zoro's own admission, he couldn't use a flying slash against Pica because he said he was too far for it to be effective, so how's him or Kinemon going to cut down an Island wide cage, at 360 degrees?

Outside of the sheer size of the Birdcage, there is also the fact that Doflamingo can just re-attach the strings. Sure, they might have been able to cut down a small section off to the side, to allow for a few people to slip through, but the point was to save EVERYONE, which is why they opted to slow it down.
