Bougya What if : every fake dead characters were really killed ? What would change in the story and plot ?

For most nothing much. Only sabo's death will be relevant given his narrative importance and him being luffy's brother.

It would be better if it was a fake death, then make him fight perospero in wano rather than the minks revenge plot that didnt make sense.

And ofc he join the shs at the end of Wano 🤭

He would be great opponent Jack, Pedro with his saber somehow recembles Roger too so i really wanted him in the crew. If you remember Aces animal was also a black panther which can be considered leopard too, I also wonder why we didn't see Pedros Sulong form cause that would be great.

Fake outs that should've stayed deaths:

Kinemon
Pell
Pound

Those are the biggest offenders.

Kinemon's death would have worked greatly towards making Kaido seem more ruthless, because in the end the Yonko who talked to much about life and death and who himself admitted that the alliance won't stop until he showed them Luffy's head, ended up killing nobody important.

Kinemon dying there would've rendered the war more realistic. His death would've likewise pushed Momo to trying his best.

Plus, Oda had the perfect set-up with the flame festival for bringing Kinemon's ghost back after the war for a last pep talk to Momo.
