What I mean what if there was a king of a kingdom called Imu Nerona who lived 900 years ago and ate a certain devil fruit which then possessed him?

So the question of who the final villain can be answered wether it’s BB or Imu by one way

The answer is that they both are the final villain. What if the entity possessing Imu goes over to BB and they become one and the same ?
