The HKs obviously won’t fall on Elbaf, but some of their members probably will.

It would make a ton of sense given Aramaki’s characterization if he joins to replace the defeated members.

Do HK accept someone who isn't a royalty though? If Gunko isn't a royalty and exception, then perhaps they would take another random guy, but I don't think they would want too many random people there.
