So far and strangely, as Kin'emon lampshaded, the Beast Pirates and their allies don't seem to be aware of the samurai-ninja-mink-pirate alliance having assembled and arrived in Onigashima despite Kanjuro having arrived on the island much faster thanks to his bird.
So what could Kanjuro be doing ? And where is he inside Onigashima ? Has he really not warned Orochi and Kaido about the attack yet ? Or did he and the alliance is walking into a trap ?
I think that the last option is very likely, his absence and apparent lack of knowledge of the BP about the alliance's presence just sounds too easy for Luffy and the others. And it's very unlikely he didn't have the time to warn Kaido and Orochi before the alliance arrived.
