He fought him for multiple rounds of 12 hours, if Jack's hybrid is a step change in strength then he should have used it before and before resorting to posion. Kaido's Zoan form locks him out of effective advanced CoC usage which is why hybrid is more of a boost to him.
Inu losing against Jack and Neko winning against Pero would be strange.

Jack was always at disadvantage when fighting Minks. That is why he kept his animal form for recovery. Now he will go Hybrid Form. I won't be surprised if Jack mid diffs Inu but low diff would be too much. High diff most plausible scenario.
About the poison speech thing... Remember Luffy after his 1v1 with Kaido right? And Inu doesn't even is the protagonist.

This is a very good question. We should remind of everybody Oda is forgetting. In this "war". Maybe Jack could found Orochi still alive and finish him? Maybe Jack finds that shadow of chapter 1004(is chapter 1004? I'm betting on Toki or Hiyori. Toki most likely I guess).
But at the end, raid is failing. So I don't believe anyone finishing Jack off. But still Sanji could take him after Queen. Jack could also find Ashura still alive.

I would love that. I also want to see Brook vs Apoo as well because they're both musicians.
About Brook vs WsW, I think Jinbei will nerfed WsW enough to the point that Brook should be able to beat him in a 1v1. And same thing for Robin and Brook vs Black Maria. Maria will get nerfed enough for Robin to beat her. And Jinbei will move on and beat Jack (extreme diff though).
