I mainly think about COC / ACOC Haki strength because observation haki is more about utility and armament simply cant match power output of ACOC. As we know as stated by Rayleigh COC Haki cant be trained directly but the stronger user becomes the stronger this form of Haki gets. Out of 3 devil fruit types Zoan types are the ones that directly increase your strength and other physical stats especially mythical Zoans .
So what is Haki ceiling for those without Devil fruit buffs ?
Joyboy , Luffy , Imu , Loki all those are buffed by their devil fruits.
Is Roger level of haki pinnacle for those without DF ?
Currently Shanks gets the most wank for haki strength yet despite all that wank he tied with old Whitebeard and sky-split in COC Haki clash , pretty much replicating Roger´s feat against in that time prime Whitebeard.
Is it pretty much over if you dont have God tier devil fruit to buff your haki to godlike levels ?
