4. If kaidos scar is reopened yes they literally can do it


5. Orochi literally has weapons. Why would orochi betray kaido without a plan? It’s more likely then not he has a weapon that can kill kaido

Kidd has multiple ways the safe bet is the giant sword on onigashima which can behead kaido

Killers Called the massacre solider and if given the chance can kill kaido

Law literally has hacks he doesn’t need haki to kill kaido

Kizaru can enter wano and kill kaido

The scabbards can kill kaido

Orochi can have a weapon that can kill kaido

Generally speaking the more top tiers that are permenantly written out by the endgame war the better, because it allows the heroes to shine more as the up-and-comers. That’s why Whitebeard had to die. Big Mom can get written out bu turning her into Olin, then it becomes a simple case of not allowing a person with the mental age of a child to go into battle. Shanks should die because otherwise Luffy has too powerful an ally, or at the very least be so horrendously beaten that he can’t take part in the final war.

A Kaido locked up is still a Kaido that should really be getting used by the author. We’ve got a character who revolves around death- I find it just pointless keeping him alive once his story has run its course. I think, like Whitebeard, Kaido simply needs to die for the series to move forward.
