The world thought the fight was a 3v2 so kaido and bigmos bounty was divided into 3 and shared equally to luffy, kidd and law, so what do you think luffy's, kidd and laws bounty would have being if the world knew that law and kidd defeated bigmom in a 2v1 and luffy finished the fight with kaido in a 1v1. However the world does not know about the nika nika no mi.

3 billion is correct bounty since he is weaker than everyone who has a higher bounty than him.
However if we reduce the amount he gets from his own crew and Grand Fleet, he could end up with around 2bil, competing with Crocodile.

Luffy bounty is fine. It's Kid and Law who's bounties are too high.

Luffy bounty would should stay at 3B since he didn't beat a 100% Kaido. While Kid and Law bounties would be around 2.4B.
