Everything you're saying is headcanon though, we have absolutely no idea how powerful Weevil or current Crocodile are.

As it stands right now, Zoro is beating Weevil and Crocodile combined, and there's not a single reason to believe otherwise, unless you want to bounty scale which I have no interest in doing.
