Post TS, Sanji's bounty was 77 million. Zoro's was 120 million. In Dressrosa, Zoro received a raise of 200 million, whereas Sanji received a raise of 100 million. How? Zoro faced a mountain that can walk, shape shift and regenerate. Basically chopped him into pieces, what shocked even the scabbards (one of which hurt Kaido) and then proceeded by one shotting Pica in his FBH. While Sanji, basically, received a 100 million raise due to association.

In WCI then, Sanji received a whole Yonko arc with Zoro's absence, allowing him to gather more bounty points while Zoro was resting. He received a raise of 153 million in that arc. But for what? For being associated with the Vinsmoke family. Since in the arc itself, apart from having some brief clashes, not even an opponent, his role was to bake a cake.

So what's Sanji's earned bounty?

Bounties are the biggest disgrace in the manga, their pattern is insane and inappropriate when we consider that there's absolutely no reason as to why Sanji was considered as a worse threat than Zoro when Zoro has always been way bloodier than Sanji is, and even hype wise more intimidating. Even assuming the Marine doesn't know of his true potential, which is legitimate.

In Jaya arc, Sanji was crying about not having a bounty just like Luffy and Zoro and then when he eventually got it, he's got disappointed because of the picture and the Vinsmoke name.
