I don't know what to call it if dramatic is the right word or not but the scenes in one piece that are very epic and artsy and mysterious or bad ass.

Like when Luffy dragged in and punched mohji and punched him. That moment in the manga was fucking epic. The walk on arlong Park, luffy climbing the mountain at drum island and protecting hililuks flag. Usopp's speech at enis Lobby.

Luffy breaking crocodiles hook and using gum gumo no storm is a perfect example. Though when I think of One Piece I think of the scene where Luffy and the crew are sailing and the sky turns dark and we can see the shadows of people in skypeia and it looks like actual deities looking down on them.
