Fishman Island had its history with discrimination, racism and the blind hatred that some fishmen have for humans; Dressrosa had its dark hidden face with many of its people having been turned into toys against their will and of the country having lost its old virtues for superficial riches and Wano has its issues with hunger, pollution, its traditionnels and rejection of the rest of the word.

What issues will Elbaf has as a country and which will have a big role in the story of this future arc ?

We do know that giants were sought after and kidnapped by the World Government for their strength. Even going through extreme lengths to make their own artificial giants.

That could still be going on actually if we look into Oimo and Kashi's situation.

Maybe it has to do something with the artificial giants created by the World GovernmentOne good example of this is back in Punk Hazard where Caesar captures the kids and make them into giants. The second example of this is back in Marineford where we can see the Giant vice admirals so I expect Elbaf have some bad giant misconduct issue lol
