I don't think it will be for a long time, the end isn't too far away in terms of OP timeline (unless a lengthy timeskip happens), Blackbeard will be the strongest character in OP
Keep in mind an early Yami Blackbeard concept was supposed to be unbeatable by 3 admirals, but he abandoned that idea

I have this weird inkling that no attacks outside CoC attacks amounted to much more than 10% of his HP bar
Scabbards and Pre ch 1010 R5 basically did about the equivalent to Kaido that Fodder did to Luffy and Zoro on their way to the rooftop
Zoro's cut, Yamato's attacks and Luffy in the 1v1 after all of that IMO amounted to about 80+% of Kaido's max health bar
Bajrang gun doing about 20+% IMO...
Also, if you noticed, 80+10 doesn't equal 100% because I believe Kaido lost due to running out of stamina, not health

--And up till the latest chapter he was lifting it
--Just to give an idea how stamina consuming it is we have example of momo lifting it for a second and getting exhausted immediately
--Finally Kaido could have dodged most of the attacks but didn't because of his mentality. He has shown Future sight as an example
--In comparison we have another top tier in Akainu and all it took is 2 attacks from WB (who didn't use internal destruction) to get K.O.ed and the attack splitting MF plaza ( Which is much smaller than onigashima)
--Also Kaido could have dodged Luffy's Bajrung gun with FS and speed but chose to take it head on

Well, i'm more into the Kaido-meme haha. Imagine that:
- Luffy : i'll beat you
- Kaido image being disgust-Face, and said "Dont touch me"
- luffy uses AdCoA + AdCoC + Nika Df 'Super Big Rampage (Gatling) Punch'
- then the title of the meme is 'dont touch me'
- the naration in the bottom of the panel is "END: Don't touch me'

No matter what anyone says, Kaido has faced the most impressive gauntlet ever in the series and almost won. He faced this gauntlet while carrying a damn island across the sea! (something that completely tired out Momo just after moving it a few kms)

What all it took to finally take down Kaido isn't one of them.
