Maybe the direction the story is taking is that all the Admirals have CoC. To me tho, the 2 candidates for FA being the only ones to have CoC is more narratively satisfying.

Isn't being an admiral in of itself a kingly ambition? You are a high ranking government and military executive with large amounts of power and influence.
Don't talk about automaton as if you aren't one. We've all watched you fall from an obsessed zoro fan to a barely sentient AI. Pls refrain from becoming a twat.

Admiral itself doesnt seem particularly kingly in general, apart from the meritocratic ranking system in place. Serving wealthy scum doesnt seem kingly, hiding from samurai didnt seem very kingly. Personally i think only akainu has it bc he has motives aside from serving the CD. Possibly aokiji (branching away from the WG)
This is what I love about Papazuki: his astounding lethality, but realistically also his crazy personality, he looks such an imposing and intimidating man and definitely one possessing a strong will and that worked hard to get where he is. I wish we had a flashback to understand how he turned an admiral.
