This would have been a valid alternative, imo:
Seeing the Alliance having defeated all the Emperor Officers, CP0 would leave the Island because of the 0 chances to get her.
- Luffy & Yamato vs Kaido on the Rooftop, Yakato is KOed at some point and Zoro comes to help before Luffy's final blow
- Kidd & Law vs Linlin at the Entrance of Onigashima, later Killer comes to help before Kidd&Law final combo
- Zoro vs Orochi, on the Execution Platform (Orochi being a character like Saga, from One Piece Film "The Cursed Holy Sword")
- Marco vs King, aerial battle above Onigashima
- Sanji vs Queen, on the Live Floor
- Jinbei vs Smoothie, near the lake of the Red Light District
- Inu & Neko vs Jack, in Onigashima Courtyard
- Killer vs Apoo on the Live Floor (temporary KO), then Killer vs Hawkins on the 2nd Floor
- Drake vs Who's Who on the Live Floor, then Drake & Apoo (who lost to Killer) vs Queen (they lose and Sanji comes to save the day)
- Brook & Bepo vs Perospero at the Entrance of Onigashima (combined final blow)
- Franky vs Sasaki in the Right Brain Tower
- Robin vs Black Maria in the Red Light District
- Nami & Usopp vs Ulti in Onigashima's Bathouse (combined final blow)
- Heat & Wire vs Page One (combined final blow)

Luffy law kidd and Yamato are to much for kaido.
Imo it should have been:
1.kidd and luffy vs kaido they had the biggest grudges against him in the supernova nova
2. Should have been zoro or Yamato and law just for the necessary power to beat her
3. Sanji vs king just to keep the sanji fighting the 3rd strongest going and helping him grow more
4. Marco, some weaker sh's, and Yamato (if she didn't fight bm) fighting the bmp so they just didn't disappear
4. Jinbe vs queen so we could see all our jinbe
5. Inu or neko vs vs jack they still needed revenge for Zou
Rest could play out like wano

Rooftop can still happen, I’d have the fights break out as;
That’s how I’d do it at least. Not saying it’s better but more preferred for me. I wouldn’t give Kidd awakening, I’d just give him CoC haki coating since he already has CoC.

That’s how I’d do it at least. Not saying it’s better but more preferred for me. I wouldn’t give Kidd awakening, I’d just give him CoC haki coating since he already has CoC.
The only thing I would have preferred is Oda truly laying out the Supernova and Yamato as allies with justified fights, plus giving the crew much needed battles.
- Nami/Usopp should have had real fights against Ulti/Page 1. BM helping ruined it.
- Jinbe, Franky and Robin were fine, but Brook should have helped Robin more directly. I get giving her, her own battle, but it would have been more complete this way.
- Chopper could have faced Drake while as an Ice demon and cured him. That would have been cool to see.
After the F6 battles...:
- Apoo, Drake and Hawkins face the CP0 members properly. We "sort" of got those fights but not really.
- Yes, Killer vs Smoothie and Yamato vs Jack would have been great to see. The other BMP could have been fodderized. Maybe Bepo vs Snack or something.
- Leave the rest as is with Queen, King, BM and Kaido.
