Akainu Is obviously Luffy's fight.
Maybe he will have some clashes with Sabo or maybe Dragon (who have the WG as the enemy, not the Marine), but Luffy will finish him.

It's difficult. Akainu is just too strong and lethal of a character which is why Oda jokes about him being held back by his position literally in the manga. I suppose once Luffy gets close to Akainu's level [Pirate King level] then they can fight equally.

Akainu vs Sabo would be the best-case scenario. In the end, he gets burned by Mera's Awakening, the eternal flame.
On the other side, Luffy specifically learned a no-touch technique so for him to have no use of it would be weird.
Considering that Luffy ends up taking a beating in his fights, Akainu doing that to him seems impossible due to lethality.
