As for my opinion for this thread, I think Sanji will be called "Hero King".

Why?

Because, according to Luffy's definition of a hero, heroes share meat/food to people.

And Sanji share food to Gin during his introduction.

So Sanji is already a hero from the start. If Luffy is "Pirate King" then Sanji would be "Hero King" as parallels to their crazy dreams.

So King of Heroes? I can see that possibly being a thing, he's the most not against being called a hero, even played the part somewhat in the RS. Could also happen in the chapter if someone like Robin gets attacked.

King of Heroes is essentially the same as Hero King. Like King of the Pirates as Pirate King.

If Lucci and the gang are going after Robin like they said, Sanji is always there to defend her. Which is why I supported Sanji vs Lucci theory.

As for him being called a hero though? Sanji saves the crew many times in the past but he has yet to be called a hero because the marines/government didn't recognize Sanji's achievements due to propaganda. If Sanji wanted to be a "Hero King", he has to do something that not even the government can hide it, perhaps it will be related to Sanji being the most dangerous man to the marines? Who knows.

Sanji has always been the most heroic of the crew too. All of his 'losses' that people like to harp about only came as a consequence of stepping in to save people.
