Dude, Fujitora was pissed at the WG because of Dressrosa. Why would he help the WG in the final war after a bunch of dirt on the WG likely comes to light. Fuji will learn about Imu, the national treasure Doffy said the existence of will shake the world when it’s revealed, and all the terrible stuff the WG did in the Void Century, and still help the WG?

So Fuji’s gonna learn about Imu being a secret dictator of the world, whatever terrible thing the National Treasure is, whatever terrible stuff happened in the Void Century, and hear about the Gorosei’s plan to literally commit mass genocide and be like “Yeah I’m gonna side with these guys, even though I actually like the SHs, because reasons.” ?
If you actually read Dressrosa, you would know it makes less than 0 sense for Fuji to support the WG by the EoS

What I hope is smoker gets stronger and Luffy vs Smoker actually happens. Where it’s an actual fight now and Sabo will fight Akainu.

Is Luffy going to go around spreading the news of Im on the battlefield somehow? If so, who’s going to believe him?
Fujitora doesn’t believe in piracy. He hates it and his problems with the World government were ended with the abolishment of the warlord system.
The reverie arc showed that Fuji doesn’t harbor ill will towards the world government, with his abilities he should’ve sensed the pain of the slaves throughout the place but still stopped the revolutionary army despite liking Sabo.
It’ll probably be the same thing here. Fuji hates piracy. It won’t just be the straw hats but the many criminals who follow him.
Fuji isn’t going to be an ally, he’s not going to betray the World Government, he’ll do what he’s always done. Try to save lives and ensure his blind justice.

War will have more than one part imo.
Firstly will be against the Marines defending Marejois. These include Akainu, Admirals, Vice Admirals, SSG (if not defeated prior), etc. Allies involved are mainly the Strawhat Fleet and Supernova, with Whitebeard Remants, former Roger Pirates and other allies potentially being involved. This will play outmore like Marineford/Paramount War with the SSG replacing the Shichibukai and upgraded Pacifista.
Part 2 is the WG in its entirety. These are Im, Gorosei, Kong, CP-0, whomever else. Allies mainly involved are the Revolutionaries and allied Kingdoms (Alabasta, Dressrosa, Prudence, etc) and whoever didn't fall during Part 1. It will take some time to reach Mariejois so there will be a reset here that allows for recovery.
Part 3 is, imo, Blackbeard and Shanks at God Valley. I fundamentally believe the Rocks storyline is being set up now to culminate into something with these 2 on this specific Island that the WG hid away. Black and Red, Chaos and Order, both the living will and actual son of Rocks, BOTH antagonists to Luffy and fundamentally the final goals in this series..
