Speculations What would be sweet commanders bounty if they would be in the beast crew?

Not only these two facts, but also the issue of calamities being much more active and recognized for their violence (they even gained the fame of Drought, Plague and Incendiario because of it) than their BMP counterparts. We will have a better answer for this by observing how the fights will be: Inu Vs Jack in parallel with Peros Vs Neko.
Depending on this result, we will know if Jack's 30% more reward compared to Peros is honest with his strength level or if he was inflated by his infamous acts.

I'm not comparing anyone, or at least do not have to compare yet, since we get almost nothing from any of the two fights. And Peros, although it doesn't have any Sweet Commander title, has a bigger reward than the Snack that was once a Sweet Commander and its reward is not much inferior to that of Cracker.
kata => 1.1-1.2 (he is probably as strong if not stronger than king but king don't care about honor and fair fight also have some race related ability and is a ancient zoan defeating him is way harder than kata and queen in top of ancient zoan is a cyborg and had dangerous weapons)

cracker he isn't strong enough he would became and f6 ( i don't think kaido would accept some one with trash endurance in all stars that are monstrs in endurance and durability
perospero => 800-900m he is fairly strong is very smart and has very good endurance (he get nuked pointed blanked and was still active with heavy injury in wci) he probably would get fairly high rank because of it also combination of peros and queen would be pretty dangerous (a dude that can make any thing from candy he build a huge factory for ceasar and a crazy scientist specialized in making cyborgs and crazy weapons)

jack was fighting whole army of sulong minks then he fought sulong neko and inu and get f ed up and inu and neko f ed up by kaido
pros also fought carot an wanda but expect his injured face his fine
we have f ed up jack (dude get f ed up pretty hard in roof) vs f ed up inu and f ed up neko vs perospero with some injure
also bmp are also very violente they destroyed 3 island and killed thousands of people just for 1 tea party if you check dialogue of people it seems that for every tea party they will do some thing like that.

most of beast pirates activitys is in wano each of them is in charge of one state of wano jack was in charge of kuri and queen was in charge of udon we now that jack will do is in charge of business relates stuff queen is in charge of prison mine
it's just an assumption that Beast pirates are more active in outside word we don't have that much of the fact to support it the only examples are jack going to zou after samurai (wano related stuff) and king and kaido want to go to marine ford

These questions are almost irrelevant, Oda will always make your characters fight to the maximum limit of their strength, hurt or not. Unless he says openly or try to suggest in any way that such an injury is directly affected the performance of such a character.
This argument could easily be used as a demerit for Jack, as he in hybrid form was failing to overpower Inu Base which was brutalized much more drastically by Kaido than Jack was to the dukes, with the addition that Inu did not has an Ancestral Zoan with accelerated recovery factor.
I'm not saying that the BMP don't act like pirates outside their territory, but in the context of the BMP itself we see that Big Mom's subordinates who participate more actively in the destruction of other countries and in the practice of atrocities ended up earning greater rewards than others evidently stronger. Pekoms and Tamago have solidly higher rewards than Oven and Daifuku, even though the latter two were absurdly stronger than the former two.
To want to argue that the fact that the BPs are more violent (which directly impacts the inflation of their rewards) is just a conjecture, is basically being counter-intuitive to the BPs' fame and the way Jack himself was introduced in Zou.
