Idk try reading the story and you’ll realize Kiku’s arm and sanji’s words are what finally pushed zoro to at the very least land an attack

Yes he did, the fight stopped after that. Also you didn't say post TS, also Luffy already had CoC at that point so technically not completely hakiless.
