On a serious note, i believe that Kaidou will realize he is going to Die before the Attack hits, so i agree with @Gol D. Roger that he will see the Shinigami, it not only would make Kaidou say some Final Words but also serves to show us his reaction when he finally sees his Dream come true. I believe Kaidou looking at Zoro will be exactly like Enel looking at The Moon.
1. Thanks to Zoro giving him a permanent scar, Kaido thinks the entire generation is an annoyance.
2. No, it is nothing new for Kaido. Kaido saw that such strike isnt enough to kill him and he already got through it with Oden's.
3. If Kaido considers 16y.o. worthy of name King, I too wonder what he thinks of the one who clapped King in prime.
4. How did he feel about Zoro interfering in the fight back in ch1000? Would it even be interference if Rupee is out cold?
