General & Others What would you change about Wano's match-up?

I'd have put the weakling trio together against Ulti/P1, I believe in 3 vs 2, with Monster Chopper lasting 30 minutes, Zeus and a good strategy they would have had a chance of winning. If not enough, one or two weaker scabbards could help too. Anything but Big Mom doing 90% of the job which was extremely anticlimatic.

First of all, I would change everybody helping Luffy to get rooftop while others got there by themselves. He was supposed to be the strongest person of alliance but needed everyone's help to move foward.
Luffy should have crushed Ulti easily when they match. Off-screen fight where we would guess he used Adv CoA and was too much for her(with her coming back later for being ancient zoan and already nerfed to her next battle).
Second, Sanji leaving Ulti and Page One to Nami and Usopp. Really... Sanji didn't was the victorious of his fight with P1. At best was a draw to both. Sanji should have handled P1 right there. If he managed him without RS would be much easier to accept his perform against Queen now(before asspulling).
Third, Zoro should have dropped Enma(shitty sword) slapped Hiyori, cut that Human-Fox into pieces and got back his Shusui(which he EARNED). The raid would be a lot easier. He would have reached Kaido before Scabbards and would have already defeated him(I don't believe Kaido will die simply because he wants to).
BM should have being much more of a threat before rooftop(and at rooftop too). She should have beat Marco right there(Queen and King were beating Marco after a while).
Perospero should have handled Sulong Carrot and Wanda. Really this was the worst. He only survived because they lost their Sulong form. And he was also winning against base Nekomamushi. So you are saying that Carrot + Wanda Sulong were stronger than base Nekomamushi which is ridiculous.
Who's Who vs Queen. WTF that plot fit for? Who's Who weak as hell wanting to fight a Calamity?
Jimbei leaving Luffy for no reason to fight Who's Who that was chilling at his room. Again... what was the point?
And many more that I don't want to think right now.
