It worked somehow but was also stressful because you can’t escape from exams etc.

Yeah lol but graduating with good grades doesn't matter when your health becomes so bad later on that you can't make use of your education.

Compared to my childhood I learned to live more in the moment.
There might not be a future for you so cherish what you have now and don't waste your time on too much planning.
