Why you putting the same fanbase fans against each other, causing a civil war. SHanks did well coming this far without a 2nd arm. I believe he would be Roger level if he had 2 arms currently. SHanks specializes in long range haki while Roger specializes in pure power with a closer range. Hence different styles, that are unique to each.

Than same long range Haki in close range also froze admiral level characters. For example see Akainu in MF arc :

rocks has to be incredibly strong to have 3 conquerors as his underlings. I mean in the haki department. Roger's CoC must have been comparable to that.

So I can definitely see roger > shanks

Who was after Roger? Fucking nobody. Nobody found him 1 year after becoming PK.

To be PK you simply have to travel all islands including Laugh Tale. Now you just have to find One Piece or just go to Laugh Tale and people will think you found One Piece.

Nothing related to strength.
