What is a widely popular one piece theory that you never agreed with?
I have a few
Firstly there's that one that people where spreading around saying Shiryu would kill Jozu and take his fruit then use that fruit to kill Mihawk. Soon as i heard that one I thought it was ridiculous, a guy compared to Magellan isn't beating a guy compared to Shanks idc what fruit he ate.
Then there's the infamous ZKK now don't get me wrong Zoro is my favorite strawhat and is very powerful, but people legitimately thought he would kill kaido? I thought it was just a meme or joke or something but nope people where legitimately upset he didn't kill Kaido, he's not playing in the big leagues yet
And the most recent and also the one that's yet to be proven or disproven at this time is Garling is Shanks Dad? Which makes absolutely no sense if you take a step back and think about it. People say young garling looks like Shanks, but he really doesn't and even if he does look bit like him Nami and Vivi also look alike does that make them sisters, also Shanks was found in a treasure chest on God Valley, Garling didn't live in god Valley he and the other celestial dragons came there to hunt people, why would he randomly bring a baby along with him from the holy land? And why would he let the Roger Pirates take the chest if he knew Shanks was tucked away in there? Shanks is more than likely just the son of someone that lived on God Valley maybe even the royal family but the odds of him being the Son of Garling is extremely low
