Shiryu killing Mihawk is plain nonsensical lol

Its not more nonsensical than shoe horning in a Zoro/Mihawk encounter into the main story.
Name a scenario where Zoro and Mihawk meet during the main story without jeapoardizing Zoros loyalty to Luffy or Luffys journey.

Evil Shanks

Its antagonistic Shanks. He does not need to be evil.
Its also pretty obviously the case since Shanks goal is currently the same as Luffys. One way or another Luffy and Shanks will have to fight. Either each other or someone else.

Wishful thinking. It would shit on Ace really hard if someone else with his fruit was actually capable and not a bum.

The theory was about Shanks being some kind of final villain though, which he isn't going to be. he can't even be a credible villian since he isn't it; BB is built for that role.

Sure, there might be some scuffle with Shanks since Luffy kind of said it back in PH, but it's clear BB is going to kill him or anyway be his main fight.

Also the only redeeming grace of Sabo is that he isn't actually an Ace 2.0: he has a different life objective and a completely different plot, all centered on the WG; he has declared war on them, seen Imu, seen the Gorosei, seen Cobra killed, seen Lulusia, he is the bloody second in command of the revolutionary Army and last but not least was a DC the cause of his amnesia and that gave him a scar (and in OP scars are symbolic).

That is his plot and it's what make Sabo a character of his own.

However, about Garling being Shanks' father, this is one is likely right. Back in God Valley (chapter #1096), Garling looks back and says "watch this, children..." (official translation, and some people already commented that the word he uses for "children" -- "kodomotachi" -- likely refers to his actual kids, and not the rude "kozō domo" or "gaki domo" that he might've used to refer to the other God's Knights). It wouldn't actually be weird to bring your children to a hunting contest, actual, real-life kings did it.

Thing is, noone (or very few) said that Zoro would 1v1 Kaido and kill him; most people (including myself) thought that Zoro would be the finisher after a group fight.
Somehow the crazies of WG transformed it into ''Zoro solos Kaido'' which was never in the theory in itself.
I wonder if all those who disagreed even read all the ''forshadowing'' and direct quotes from the manga...
It was not a theory out of thin air.
