Let's be ridiculous and say Big Mom and Kaido join Buggy's crew (severely nerfed x1000)
Totally reasonable
Then we can draw parallels with Xebec and Roger and say Buggy is a true Pirate King candidate.
It would also be a good way to show Mihawk and by extension Crocodile are stronger than Emperors of the Sea.
And Buggy awakens his fruit and splits all their bodies apart and reforms them as one mega misgendered megachad hybrid of Big Mom, Kaido, Crocodile, Mihawk, and all of Buggy's fans from Impel Down.
We can call it Big Chungthis and it will eat chimichanga

You can't bring back the strongest character in the story.
Kaido is too strong for him to come back. He's not like BM who could come back and get defeated by Buggy just for the gag.
Kaido is gone. He was just too strong. Oda had to come up with a gauntlet, multiple PUs for the MC, death and awakening for Luffy to beat him.

You expect someone to spend an arc fighting Kaido again?
Kaido himself said he could only be beaten by Joyboy and he got beat by him.
Why would he expect round 2 to be any different?
Or Kaido comes back and gives up on his dream and makes a new dream to serve as Buggy's subordinate? It's not happening

If Kaido joins Luffy, he should be bringing any loyal beast pirates with him.

I really doubt it. It has been said that if several emperors attacked the Marines at once that they wouldn't be able to withstand it. It'll never happen.

I really doubt it. It has been said that if several emperors attacked the Marines at once that they wouldn't be able to withstand it. It'll never happen.
Depends: in this scenario, survived how? They were beaten but still survived because the volcano shot them far away? Or It Is a completely different scenario from the Wano we have seen?
Anyway, I think Kaido, having finally found Joy Boy and the fight of his life, would lay low. At best, he would become some kind of, idk, Kuzan 2.0. but in a cheerful way.
His crew would still have been destroyed so he would be on his own.
In the end, maybe, he could join BB if he still wants to fight someone. Idk if he would Aid Luffy, but it's possible.
BM would probably return to WC first and then she'll probably go against Luffy since Wano's absurd writing prevented her to do what he wanted to do at all costs.
Also, she would still have her crew and Empire, contrary to Kaido.
