Didn't even make that connection with regards to Vodka Kingdom = Russia and Warcury referencing Gorbachev (birth mark) + Stalin (moustache). Makes sense and makes the connection between them even stronger.

We already stood before the issue of who could feasibly defeat Warcury. Sabo or Kidd were alternatives as we all know Luffy has his hands full with God Imu and #1 swordsman (of Gorosei) Venus is Zoros opponent. Kaido taking out Warcury would be fitting in my view, he has the strength and the fight would be great (especially if we get back story).

Otherwise Sabos "aim for the core" would be very fitting to counter his studiness, Kidd for "new WB" strongest man.

Kaido awaits the war that will change the world. The same one Loki believes himself to cause one day.
Kaido knew only Joy Boy could start the war. He thought he was JB, but now that he knows firsthand that Luffy is HIM, Kaido still has a reason to come back and actively partecipate in said war.

Kaido’s badass intro is foreshadowing that he will aid Luffy in the final war.

Other than Imu, Garling and Nusjuro who are locked in for Luffy, Dragon and Zoro, there are only few who could deal with the rest of the Gorosei and God Knights so redemption arc Kaido and Big Mom will come in handy.

Like who is going to handle Warcury who has a durability higher than Yonko, regen and ACoC?



Perfect matchup for Kaido if others are in trouble.
