The Khun Family
Lyborick revealed that he was selected to consolidate the alliance between the Khuns, the Lo Po Bia and the Zahard Army:
In the very same chapter, it was revealed that there's a promise between the Khun and Lo Po Bia Families that Maschenny was expected to honour:
So on first appearances, it seems that there's material cooperation between the two Families. It's not just something that Lyborick or Maschenny are independently involved in.
I'm curious as to what exactly the agenda of the Khun Family at the Nest is:

So there's a chance that they plan to turn on the Lo Po Bia Family.
Maschinations Underfoot
Maschenny seems to have already turned on the Lo Po Bia with the Jinsung switcheroo. It was clearly a deviation from the script that she agreed upon with Yorari.
She has now assigned Jinsung to another task:
And we still don't know what her Third Minion is up to, or whether she'll ask more of Asensio.
Maschenny also referred to Traumerei as the "real enemy of the story":
And she has previously said that she doesn't want the story to have a boring ending (after asking Jinsung to guess which side she was on):
But even if Maschenny is turning on the Lo Po Bia, we don't know if she's accurately representing Khun interests, or if she went off script.
In fact, Jinsung regarded her as an extra party with different goals and objectives from the 10 Families and the Zahard Army:
Discord Among the Khun Family
Lyborick and Maschenny seemed to butt heads a lot during the battle of the First Wall, so we didn't really get the impression that they are on the same side.
Lyborick seemed to not respect Maschenny despite her being his Commander and at one point (politely) accused her of being stupid before proceeding with his original plan:
Maschenny criticises him for his apparent failure:
And later warns him not to act behind her back again:
However, after Asensio's revelations that the destruction of the old 4th Army Corps was one of the requests of the Lo Po Bia Family, it appears as if Maschenny was feigning ignorance here.
Perhaps both of them pretending/acting for Yasratcha's benefit (why is this necessary though? ). Of course, this could just be a retcon of SIU's.
Another option is that one of them is simply a pawn/sacrificial lamb and so wasn't fully briefed on the Family's plans at the Nest (no real mystery who the pawn will be).
The Lo Po Bia's Distrust
The Lo Po Bia Family probably don't fully trust the Khuns (or the Zahard Army) either.
None of Maschenny, Lyborick or Yasratcha were told about the Cat Tower portal. Asensio had to find out by interrogating Nanatona (Lyborick and Yasratcha are presumably still ignorant).
Furthermore, Rei did not seem surprised to hear that Baam was captured on the Teleporter ship (instead of on Maschenny's ship as Yorari was told), so perhaps he had foreseen all along that she would attempt the switch (contrary to what she told his Family). This could be explained through the Great Warriors mastery over Fate.
All in all, it seems like none of the sides are being fully forthright with each other.
Caveats
I've been assuming all along that the promise being referred to was between the Khun and Lo Po Bia Families, but Maschenny's Family could have very easily been referencing the "Zahard Family".
Maschenny is after all a 13 Month Princess and is present at the Nest as the Commander of the operation:
It is Lyborick that is the Khun Family's representative in their alliance with the Lo Po Bia Family and Zahard Army.
This would also explain the discord between Maschenny and Lyborick during the battle of the First Wall.
The main counter caveat would be Asensio's presence in the Nest (he's one of the Leaders of the Khun Family). But this could easily be explained by Asensio's primary allegiance being to Maschenny and not to his Family or Eduan.
Though even in such circumstances, Maschenny and Asensio are still VVIPs of the Khun Family (Maschenny should be second only to Eduan in importance), so it may not be possible for them to act without representing their Family.
And it's a little too much of a coincidence that Data Eduan's favourite children from the Hidden Floor are exactly the contingent of the Khun Family that we see acting at the Nest.
Even if the trio no longer directly serves Eduan, they were still the only kids he favored out of thousands that passed through the Hidden Floor over a period of several tens of thousands of years. If Eduan cares about any of his Rankers at all, it would be the group at the Nest.

- Unlike the Lo Po Bia Family, the Khun Family are not Zahard simps (if anything, they should be the opposite).
- It's also weird that (to the best of our knowledge at least) the Khuns are not getting any concessions from this.
- Perhaps the promise that the 8th Son mentioned is their concession.
